About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, flexible, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support our CEO on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has experience working within nonprofit and/or healthcare organizations, and is comfortable coordinating directly with executive leadership and board members. As a 100% remote organization, we rely on strong virtual communication, digital collaboration tools, and proactive support.
The position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs and manage a variety of administrative responsibilities with discretion and professionalism.
